Ok so I have been going here after my rotation obligations for dinner on a lot of days. The lady there is still surprised when I ask for gravy on top of my rice and beans

Chili chicken – 3/5

It’s like some pieces are dry and some are juicy so pretty high variance but the flavor is decent

Salt fish – breaded – 3.5/5

Fish is hella juicy with nice amount of slight salty mess. The breading is not too much and has a decent amount of flavor to it. With the fish gravy on top DEF decent.

Bake and Saltfish – 3/5

Actually a pretty good breakfast sandwich. The photo is horrible but like there is no other way really to get to see the inside.

BBQ chicken – 3/5

Slightly better than the chili chicken

Fried Shrimp 3/5

There is a photo prior. It’s like ok. I def wasn’t like upset with this purchase. It’s an alright price for how big the shrimp is. I will not be ordering it again.

Salmon Bake – 2.8/5

You can see from the photo how much salmon there was. It’s like alright but def not worth the salmon premium. I think they just walked this thing past the salmon or something.

ACKEE bake – 3.5/5

Solid.

Curry shrimp – 3/5

Price – 4.3/5

Honestly I come here because it’s 8$ for a decent amount of food that is slight above average. The dude HOOKS IT UP (double meat). The woman does not. Still worth the price though.

One could say this was another one of my very phoned-in reviews. One would agree. I mean I come here for the price and the convenience.

I just finished my anesthesia rotation and honestly ANESTHESIA is seeming pretty nice as a specialty. I know I was very pro dermatology and I still am. I just like the acuity of the patients, you are like the behind the scenes showrunner of the procedure and the pharmacology is interesting. There is NO charting pretty much which is nice and the compensation is pretty nice. I don’t think there are any downsides that I care about other than it’s not derm and there is in house call but that’s not that bad. I do like not having to do a research year too.
