Cheryn and Tanzina (mainly Cheryn) got this reservation for 2 and then was able to upgrade it to 3 to include me in it. I wonder how.

I also just came here with Gracie and so this is TWO REVIEWS COMBINED INTO ONE.

Hummus w/ Wagyu Beef Cheeks 5/5

Hummus was creamy not grainy with a slight bit of flavor the PITA it came with was very soft tore easily and had a simple flavor profile that allowed the other dishes have their tastes displayed. The wagyu beef cheeks were so tender and had so much umami.

Hummus – 3.5/5

chickpea, tahini, lemon W/ awarma, fresno, pine nuts

Texture was really nice – creamy – the ground beef add on was not it. It was decent but really just felt like it added nothing flavour wise to the dish. It was like a nice contrast in texture but honestly didn’t add to the dish in a cohesive way. Very sad they don’t do the wagyu beef chunks anymore

Nectarines were a nice touch to this salad. P acidic. And the croutons were toasted nicely added a nice bit of savoriness to the dish.

honestly cheese was pretty good. Salty savory little bit of sweetness. Enjoyable snack very basic though

The head was soooo good. Texture on the shrimps was nice with a little bit of thickness but not overly cooked. Like a perfectly grilled texture. The sauce was not good.

Man oh man where to begin. Very sad to see and experience that the hummus got wild of the wagyu beef chunks in the hummus which is truly a real shame. It’s not very often where a place will offer WAGYU that isn’t just to jerk off these pretentious “FOODIES” that think that that buzzword in itself is worth any sort of praise. The Wagyu in that hummus just was so innovative and worked so well with the hummus in such an unpredictable way. My mind was actively being blown with each bite but now it’s just some regular ass hummus. EVERYTHING here was acidic. WHY. I actively thought I was getting food poisoning as I was eating here.
