Came here with Andrew after studying with Omar at a nearby cafe. The seating and ordering arrangement was interesting…

Short Rib Empanada – 5/5

Thickish dough held together with each bite – great filling – big punch of umami slightly creamy – a lot of filling

Burger – with all add ons – 3.5/5

not the prettiest burger – but it’s like decent nothing special . Just a solid decent burger.

Steak Frites – au poivre- 3.8/5

its nice but that peppercorn starts to add up after each bite. not a big fan of the fries also

Steak Frites – Chimichirri – 4/5

This chimichurri sauce is actually pretty good. Interesting take on a creamier chimichurri really goes well with everything esp on the burger.

Food – 4/5

I doo not like the peppercorn in the sauce that is def a me thing but other than that everything was grand. I would come back for the other stuff.

Price – 3/5

For the quality of the food, it’s decent pricing, but definitely not a CHEAP eat

Experience – 4/5

I do like the bar style of ordering and it seems like a hip spot for the youngins

I do take a certain exam tomorrow and that is exciting I suppose. I just hope there is not a bathroom fiasco on the day of the test but oh well.
