Gracie chose this place and I knew my wallet would be in for a pounding once we reached our destination
Toast – 4.5/5

Very flavorful – its like garlic breadesque not hard comes with no oil or anything but p nice eat it quick before it cools
Crab Cakes – 4/5

Less bready than I would have expected – very fishy – a lot of crab i guess but isn’t really a crab cake? It tastes decent though esp with the sauce and the salad
Goat with rice – 4/5

I usually do not like goat but this was very nice not dry. TENDER and the flavor of the beet/sauce/goat combo compliment each other very well. They gave just a twiddle dink of beet though for the amount of goat you get though.
Fish – 4.5/5

Plantains were dry. The salad is honestly whatever. The fish however cooked VERY well. Not dry. It was juicy / good fish selection the head wasn’t neglected. The sauce on top p forgettable a bit tangy but overall I liked it.
Price – 1/5
SO expensive. Def not worth the price despite being p good
Food – 4/5
Above average food for the most part. Nothing like that I would love to come back to try again.
Experience – 2/5
VERY funny thing happened at the entrance that I will not elaborate on other than they offended Gracie and I thought it was funny. The service is like a mix of trying to be classy but also very casual? It’s mad expensive and I wouldn’t come back but I didnt have a bad time. I am intrigued on trying the lava cake. The chef sounds kind of like extra though lmfao.
Currently a week done on my pathology rotation and I am enjoying it more and more with each day. Excited for residency but I have so much to learn smh.
