Will’s Food Diary

I came here to eat some food while I study. I was invited to eat with Andrew’s family for Mother’s Day (old post) and then the invitation was RESCINDED by Andrew. SMH

Peanut noodle with sour vegetable – 4/5

Not too savory. The sour veggies add a little complexity to this dish. Peanut sauce isn’t overwhelming but it is definitely there. The texture of the noodles is somewhat firm but more on the pretty soft side.

Shrimp Chive Dumplings – 3.5/5 no sauce 4.2 w/ sauce

Decent dumplings but that house sauce is SO good ooooweee it is a lil on the sweet side but still very nice

Price – 5/5

Amazing. Truly could eat this everyday and not break the bank in any of the options. Except maybe the Taiwanese sausage.

Experience – 4/5

It has a bathroom, good service (not phone service), and decent options. This is what I mean by a place that doesn’t do much but what it does it does well. This place has CHEAP GOOD EATS and I can’t really ask for more than that.

The random Asian teens that swing around random curse words in English with the most American TV show accents mid sentence when talking to their friends is always jarring. Pretty funny. When is it ever appropriate to scream ayo what the fuck man when the only thing on your table is some miso soup. Maybe it’s really good miso soup IDK.

Food – 4/5

No service really in this place but that’s fine I guess it’s enough to do some anki and wait for people to HMU. Nice place with some nice people in here. Maybe should learn more Chinese to show them how much I like it here. Not enough to inflate the ratings on the quality but enough for me to fight for them in the description.
