Kong Karee 5/5

Immaculate dish. It is not currently possibly to get pregnant with a dish but we were pushing the limits with this one. Creamy, velvety, chunky, umami, green goose, guava juice, giant snake.

Duck Noodles – 3/5

Pretty average but the duck slices were great good size. But this was like slop bowl level. Just a vessel for the various curries.

Crab Fried Rice – 3.5/5

No flavor but there was a lot of crab and the crab was good. But like BORING but there was a lot of crab.

Lot of crab for a crab fried rice. Did i mention…

Pad See Yew – 5/5

THE BEST PAD SEE YEW I’ve ever had in my life and I can say CONFIDENTLY I have eaten over a 100. It has all the flavors in the wheel of flavors except for spicy which is a god send. Truly a wonderful experience. If I did not already ASCEND from the Kong karee This would’ve done it. Maybe it did and I ascended twice?

Chicken Khao Soi – 3/5

Very slightly but significant above average Khao soi but not really worth getting.

Panang Duck Lychee Curry – 2/5

The duck was great but the lychee was not it and the curry was very lackluster no flavor no texture just not even worth being there

Duck Rolls – 3.5/5

Couldn’t even tell there was duck in here but the wood ear was pretty good and that sauce was banging. IF it was not for the false advertising it’d be higher. Just take out the duck and make it a veggie dish

Moo Dang Puff – 4.5/5

BANGER- soft crispy and full of flavor with a lot of filling – has pork – should come with a sauce.

Seafood Tom Yum – 2/5

Mishmash of random things and some barely edible squid. Tom yum soup itself was pretty decent but I am not paying this much for this slop.

Food – 4/5

Some standouts and some lackluster

Experience – 2/5

Good sized tables – two bathrooms – they threw away my leftovers and turnover was so quick like bro we have 5-6 people can we get more than 90 minutes

Price – 3/5

Not prohibitively expensive but not cheap either – 20$ cocktails is kind of up there

I suppose it is time for an update on my life.

Update – Not much since taking the national exam. I am losing weight maybe? Who actually knows.
