Came here for my birthday for literally no reason. Like never heard of it just that it was open and had a lot of seats

Focaccia Bread – 3.8/5

Not dry the toppings were very good its like a more bread centered marg pizza but pretty lacking

Crispy Potato, Salsa Bianca – 3.5/5

The texture of this potato is soooooo good. The flavour is very much lacking and the sauce that it comes with belongs on a bagel not paired with these potatoes.

Zucchini – 4/5

zucchini, stracciatella, almond, basil, mint

A very interesting take on zucchini. Maybe a bit too thick on the zooks but the layering is p dope. A lot of flavour and the sauce was nice too.

Head on Shrimp – 4/5

head-on shrimp, calabrian chili, green garlic

Sauce very good and the shrimps were decent. HEAD game definitely above avg

Roasted Chicken – 3.5/5

Nothing really wow factor. It’s like a decently cooked chicken with some random stuff under it. Very much forgettable.

Steelhead Trout – 3.5/5

hudson valley steelhead trout, cucumber, fennel, calabrian chili.

Bruh this looks like salmon and tastes like salmon or am I crazy. That in it of itself should tell how I feel about this. Like it’s good ingredients and it’s not bad but nothing amazing.

Cauliflower – 4.5/5

cauliflower, anchovy caper vinaigrette, currant, pine nut

I loved this. Wish it had more anchovy. A very nice salad if that is what this classifies as.

Tagliatelle – 4.3/5

Solid pasta dish.

Chitarra – 4.3/5

whole wheat chitarra, mixed mushroom, egg yolk

Love the mushroom in here. Couldn’t even tell it was wheat which I think is a pretty good sing.

Summer panzanella – 3/5

summer panzanella, tomato, peach, basil, focaccia, tomato vinaigrette 

A salad with random stuff in it.

Panna cotta – 3.5/5

Overall a decent panna cotta but like pretty boring tbh.

Olive oil cake – 3/5

The Ice cream was fine / The compote was really food but the olive oil cake was not it.

Price – 2/5

Pretty pricey especially for the portion you get

Experience – 4/5

Lot of seating good lighting and the staff are very nice

Food – 3.5/5

It’s good food but nothing that I would come back for. I wouldnt say NO because i like the salads.

Writing this as I am awaiting feedback from my attending during my SUB-I.
