Nothing that really stood out. Wasn’t hard and was decent. Decent quality meat lacking in unique flavor that pushes it to a 5.

Extremely biased to this dish so take that with a grain of salt. As long as its a decent cut not too tough and slightly flavored it’ll get a good score from me.

I don’t like short rib but this was decent.
